Camellia Park

Camellia Park is a landscape park constructed on the base of a 300 years old  camellia Yangfei. The park plants all kinds of camellia varieties such as "Fujian bright red", "eighteen scholars", "Zhuang Yuanhong" and "Naidong",etc.as well as 53 varieties of extensive shrubs such as southern magnolia, citron grapefruit, thunbergii, odoratus,zelkova serrata, soapberry, ligustrun lucidum, flower peach, hibiscus, red plum, etc. There are three flower seas that will attract your eyes: "Pink Muhly Grass Flower Sea", "Phlox Flower Sea"and "Forever Summer Flower Sea". You can roam in the flower sea to indulge yourself in the charming scene, and enjoy the natural beauty in the bride river.

Camellia Park covers an area of 460 mu（about 30 hectares）, where camellia flowers, poem corridors, ancient bridges are scatted everywhere, leaving people with a romantic feeling under the blurring light at night. Aside of nine bridges and four pavilions which have different forms and postures all named after the camellia, there are also some sculptures made based on the historical figures in history and traditional culture in Zhongdai.
